Meet The Staff
Anna is our Administrative Supervisor. She began working for AMC in 2004 as a kennel attendant and has worked her way through every position in the clinic to become our Administrative Supervisor. Anna enjoys talking to clients and helping to educate them in the care of their pets. Anna and her husband have 2 boys and two dogs named Brody and Emmy.
Brittany is our Veterinary Technician Supervisor. Brittany has been working at AMC since 2012. Brittany enjoys working with people every day and seeing the care they have for their pets. She loves her job and the people she works with. She is also the proud mom of 3 children, 3 dogs and 2 cats. Brittany has lived in Baldwin County most of her life and loves spending time with her family and friends.
Josie has been in the veterinary field since 2004 and joined our AMC family as lead receptionist in 2014. She feels blessed to have her love of animals become her career. Josie and her husband have 4 furry kids, Indie their dog and Lenny, Beanz, and Opie their cats.
Meagan has been in the veterinary field since 2020 and joined our AMC family as receptionist in 2022. She has a passion for animals and has volunteered at shelters growing up. Meagan has three furry kids, Kaia and Kenai, her dogs and Miss Gale, her cat.
Technicians and Vet Assistants
Katie started working with AMC in 2013. She has worked her way up through the ranks to become a long time Vet Technician. She is known as the cat whisperer for not so happy cats and she is also in charge of quality control and maintenance on our laboratory equipment. Katie and her husband have a son, Liam, 2 dogs, 4 cats, 4 rats and a hamster.
Kirsten is one of our Vet Technicians who has 30 plus years of experience caring for pets. She graduated from Foley High School and attended Snead State Junior College where she graduated with a degree in Veterinary Technology. Kirsten and her husband, Brian, have raised 2 sons and are pet parents to 2 dogs and 4 cats.
Tara started working with AMC in 2011. She works every position that we have in the clinic but over the years Vet Technician has become what she loves doing the most. She and her husband have 3 beautiful children. They are also pet parents to dogs Dixie, Camo and Karma.
Dalton is one of our Veterinary Assistants. He started with us in high school and has been with us for 4 years now. He is currently a freshman in college and planning to attend Auburn University to pursue a degree in Veterinary Medicine. Dalton is passionate about small animal dental care and prides himself on learning and executing the highest level of dental care to our patients. He is home to 2 house dogs, Niklaus and NayNay, and 4 hog hunting dogs, Jack, Anna, Sunny and Captain.
Mara is one of our Veterinary Technicians. She has been in the veterinary field for 3 years. She recently graduated from the veterinary technician program at Coastal Community College. She has been with us since July of 2021. She is a mom to 4 dogs, Ringo, Titan, Ellie, Malibu and 2 cats, Cheddar and Kenny.
Sarah has been with AMC since 2020. She started part-time during high school and became full time since graduation. She now has plans to attend college in order to obtain her veterinary technician degree. Sarah really loves all animals but dogs have her heart. She has two dogs named Bailey and Saint and a sweet cat named Toby.
Brenda is our head kennel technicians. Brenda began working in the veterinary field at the age of 18 and started with AMC in 2002. She and her daughter share a household full of pets.
Melissa is one of our kennel technicians. She moved to Alabama from Illinois in 2020. Before joining AMC, she was a veterinary receptionist for over a decade. Melissa loves her new AMC family. Her dog, Maddie and cat, Cuckoo moved with her from Illinois and then she adopted a kitten, Merlot, once settled in Foley.
